Modeling options
Detect and Graft Homologous CDRs
: Fast (~10min) protocol but will not model the CDR H3
Graft Homologous CDR and model CDR H3
: Slow (~10 hours) protocol will build a complete homology model corresponding to the query sequence. CDR H3 will be built by ab initio modeling by fragment assembly.
